Turtaleessss!!

Those of you who know me well, know that I love turtles. So as you seen from yesterday I finally have one. Upon further review of the species of turtle, I have found that it called a red-ear slider.It is a semi-aquatic. They are found in Mississippi area and near the Gulf of Mexico.
Well I made Lily and home yesterday. It was the former home of my Siamese Fighting Fish
"Sushi", he passed away this past winter. I had him for about 3 years. So I cleaned out his bowl and set up shop for Lily. I think she likes it, I am guessing since I am not sure what turtles do like. She just likes to sit submerged in the water with her arms and legs out. I let her crawl around on the computer desk for a bit, that was during the photo shoot. She is a fast little turtles, she kept trying to jump off the desk I had to keep grabbing her before she did so luckily I was successful in saving her each time.
