I love these girls

I have grown to love Tegan and Sara. I recall first hearing "Walking With a Ghost". The song would always be stuck in my head. The White Stripes did a remake of that song their version is a little more upbeat as with most of their songs are but what I love about Tegan and Sara's original version is how much you can feel the emotion in the lyrics. I downloaded a few of their songs and I fell even more in love with the song "Nineteen" both songs I can truly relate to.

Walking With a Ghost

No matter which way you go
No matter which way you stay
You're out of my mind,
Out of my mind
Out of my mind,
Out of my mind

I was walking with the ghost
I said please, please don't insist
I was walking with the ghost
I said please, please don't insist

No matter which way you go
No matter which way you stay
You're out of my mind,
Out of my mind
Out of my mind,
Out of my mind

I was walking with the ghost
I said please, please don't insist
I was walking with the ghost
I said please, please don't insist

No matter which way you go
No matter which way you stay
you're out of my mind,
Out of my mind
Out of my mind,
Out of my mind
Out of my mind,
Out of my mind

I was walking with the ghost
I was walking with the ghost
Out of my mind(I say please),
Out of my mind
out of my mind(I say please),
Out of my mind

You're out of my mind, out of my mind
Out of my mind, out of my mind
Out of my mind, out of my mind
Out of my mind, out of my mind

I was walking with the ghost
I was walking with the ghost
I was walking with the ghost
I was walking with the ghost
I was walking with the ghost
I was walking with the ghost

Nineteen

I felt you in my legs
Before I even met you
And when I laid beside you
For the first time
I told you
I feel you in my heart,
And I don't even know you
Now we're saying
Bye, bye, bye
Now we're saying
Bye, bye, bye
I was nineteen
(Call me)
I felt you in my life
Before I ever thought to
Feel the need to lay down
Beside you
And tell you
I feel you in my heart,
And I don't even know you
And now we're saying
Bye, bye, bye
Now we're saying
Bye, bye, bye
I was nineteen
(call me)
I was nineteen
(call me)
Flew home,
Back to where we met
Stayed inside
I was so upset
Cooked up a plan,
So good except
I was all alone
You were all I had
Love you
You were all mine
Love me
I was yours right
I was yours right
I was nineteen
(call me)
I was nineteen
(call me)
